I took a chance on Zuri Nail House because it's been YEARS (precovid) since I regularly got my nails or toes done. I was in dire need of a pedicure and did some googling and came across Zuri. I pass by here almost weekly and never noticed it was a nail salon! I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you walk into a nail salon and feel unwelcome because everyone is so busy and focused on their work. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I would highly recommend her services! The salon is super clean, trendy, bright, and smells nice. You're offered drinks-non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages were available but I went with a cold water. If you're looking for a nail salon that welcomes new customers, focuses on cleanliness and catering to their customers this is the place for you. I will most definitely be back! read more

My go to nail salon. Every staff member is so friendly and does great work. I never have to worry about booking with the specific nail tech cause they're all great. I personally do recommend scheduling appointments, but it is a salon where you can do walk-ins they have a ton of color to choose from in different designs and multiple nail text that are amazing and experts at nail designs. The vibes are always great, very friendly and they communicate very well as far as if you are liking the service and making sure that you approve their work before finishing it. I've been going to Zuri for about a year and usually see a specific nail tech whose work I really like. I always book with her in advance, but during my most recent visit, she wasn't available, even though I had called ahead to book her and they confirmed she was available. (She was not available). My nails have always lasted well in the past and I genuinely love the quality when I'm with my usual tech. However, the last couple of times I've been seen by different techs, and unfortunately, the quality hasn't been the same. Last month, I got a builder gel set that started lifting after just two weeks. I typically come in every six weeks, but this time I returned after four weeks because of the lifting. I had already begun soaking and filing them at home, but decided to have them properly soaked off at the salon. I specifically asked for a soak off, but the tech started filing them instead. She also didn't ask me what nail shape I wanted. When I mentioned I wanted round nails, she said she didn't understand what I meant and still gave me square nails. My nails ended up over-filed, fragile, and not at all the shape I asked for. It felt like because I didn't want a full new set or "fill" this time and it was just a manicure the service was rushed. I just wanted to give my nails a break, but the experience was disappointing. I've had great experiences here in the past, but the inconsistency when seeing different techs has made me reconsider continuing my visits. read more

NEVER had an issue until today I came in with my almond shaped nails (same lady did them last time) she ends up cutting them off to the point where I was left with this (look at images) I have been growing my nails for 4+ months try to obtain the perfect almond shape and today I was struck by lighting had to put on Gel x for my birthday set that I will never get back, now I have to wait 4 month until my nails grow back too a perfect almond shape. I've been twice and didn't have a great experience either time. I had a friend that went with me the first time and she was disappointed too. 1. The first time, I got a pedicure. They broke a toenail well into the nailbed--something I never had done before. 2. They post great pics of nail art. My friend picked this place out because of it. They jacked hers up pretty bad, it was no better than if you just tried doing it yourself. I guess by reading the other reviews, you have to specifically ask for that person. 3. So I specifically avoided the pedicure today because of the previous nail-breaking incident. They were pretty rude to me today, they kept speaking to each other in Vietnamese, completely ignoring other customers and I. This included crap like loudly showing each other their phones and gossiping about Ig while getting your nails worked on. (I too am multilingual and Asian--I wouldn't do this to others while providing service to clientele). They were fluent in English so it's not a competency thing, it was rudeness. 4. Later, they offered someone who walked in something to drink, but not to me. It's annoying not to even offer that tiny bit of routine hospitality to everyone. Last time, they offered my friend and I wine at least. 5. One top of all that, they did a crap job again (see photo). They get two stars because they offer some things most salons don't, like the CBD pedicure and jelly gel nails. But as much as I love novelty, it's safe to say I'm not coming back. read more

Absolute favorite nail salon. All the ladies here are so sweet and welcoming. I never feel like just another customer. They can do a lot of different nail designs as long as you have a reference photo of what you're wanting. They have a good selection of dip and gel colors. The quality service you get here is incredible. Even the basic pedicure is super nice and relaxing. They do take walk in but keep it mind it is a smaller shop so if they're busy you may have to wait. They encourage booking appointments ahead of time so you don't have to wait. They have a link to their booking system on their Instagram. I tried the gel extensions rather than the acrylic as a recommendation from the owner. Why not...it resembles a press on mail but professionally and I was told was better. Loved the color and designs! However, I did not like being cut on my cuticle, 4 nails. Small but I feel them. I didn't make a big stink out of it I just would not return. (Lost a star). My middle finger's nail was crooked. My fault, partial fault, for not paying attention to fix it in the beginning. (Lost a star) Paid $55 then 15 for the 4 nail designs.
