This outfit is a joke. They are liars and theifs. You will get ripped off from them. I lived there for 6 months they cancelled our lease saying the owner wanted position when infact they wanted us out so they can charge more rent. From day one we paid half rent and the ex-worked for the school so he got paid once a month. So after I paid my half two hours later they served us and tried taking us to court. But in court the judge sided with me. So then they refused to take our rent and then took us to court saying we owed more money. They are total con artist and they do not fix anything. Tenants have to fix it all themselves. There was a lot more stuff they tried to pull but to much to go into. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS NOT EVEN A COMPANY ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. The people giving this place high reviews are fake. As a property owner and a past client, I would say steer clear of this guy.

This is absolutely the most trashy and unresponsive property management company I have ever encountered. We moved into one of their "houses," these places are really rundown and neglected junk holes, there was mold all over the refrigerator and the house wasn't cleaned from the previous tenants. We had to do the deal long distance but what a shock to walk into a stale smoke filled and trashed house that was completely misrepresented by this lying and lazy company. These people should be in prison. When I first moved to the valley they ripped us off by having us pay for a credit check for a place they had already rented. Then they took over the place we did move into a few months after we had signed a year lease with a different company. They immediately tried to charge us for a second deposit. We were in that house with them as the "management" company for almost 2 years. In those 2 years they repeatedly failed to fix things or perform the maintenance required by the lease. They didn't return calls no matter how many times we tried to get ahold of them. We were never given physical keys to the property and they had the nerve to threaten to charge us for changing the locks while we were still there so we never had keys and their electronic lock froze in the winter so we couldn't lock the door if it was too cold, in a place with like 8 months of winter! We were finally able to move out almost 3 months ago now. State law says they have 21 days to return our deposit and or provide receipts for any cleaning or damage. I eventually had to log into my online payment account to figure out they charged us over $250 to take out some dry, non-perishable garbage that was neatly stacked on the back porch (boxes ECT. from packing that didn't fit in the trash can) and clean carpets in the 2 10x10 bedrooms. Everything else on the move out cleaning list from our original lease was done when we left almost 3 weeks before they bothered to go do their inspection. We have called multiple times since leaving and on the rare occasion they answer their phones they say our refund and receipts are in the mail. Today's mail has already arrived. By Monday, the next day it could possibly show up, they will be 55 days late with their payment! 55 days past what is legally allowed! At this point they also owe me the same late fees they would charge a tenant, but I'd be happy to just get the original money back. These con artists need to be stopped and every one of them should be held legally and financially accountable! read more
