From day one we paid half rent and the ex-worked for the school so he got paid once a month. So after I paid my half two hours later they served us and tried taking us to court. But in court the judge sided with me. So then they refused to take our rent and then took us to court saying we owed more money. They are total con artist and they do not fix anything. Tenants have to fix it all themselves. There was a lot more stuff they tried to pull but to much to go into. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS NOT EVEN A COMPANY ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. Kaitlyn claimed they "missed" our name when calling pre booked reservations to let them know the home is no longer serviced through them and is now only available on airbnb. Kaitlyn did not provide any solutions for us with the same dates we had originally booked. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Kaitlyn's story kept changing every time we spoke with her on the phone regarding the situation. Kaitlyn kept referring to people she "claimed" she called and informed of the property being cancelled yet they were people we've never even heard of. Kaitlyn made up names and tried to cover up her tracks. The most disorganized booking company you will ever come across. Kaitlyn showed no remorse and again provided no solutions which left us with no where to stay.
