The lovely young lady that was working (her name escapes me right now) was professional, courteous and personable! I enjoyed speaking with her and was saddened they would no longer be my management company. I highly recommend ABC management. (They were also very willing to work with me when I thought I would have to put in less than a 30 day notice!) They gave me peace of mind and I appreciate it more than they will ever know! Thank you to the ABC staff! As a property manager myself (which they were not aware of) I have a certain expectation of fellow landlords and property managers and they didn't disappoint. She was not a nice person and I was having health issues over the stress from her I finally had to hire another manager to deal with her and Stephanie drove her crazy too. We were celebrating when we finally got rid of her. She didn't even pay her rent on time and always played games. Always had to argue about everything. Even if you pay your rent on time and have the house cleaned spotless and take care of the property he doesn't care he will not resign your lease. Awful. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR THAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are shady. They don't even have an office you can walk into. They do everything off texting and phone calls. They walk into your home without asking!! There was one time I had a dog bowl out front and one of the worker said something to another worker and they started calling me asking if I had a dog on property when I never did the worker said when he was picking up the hose that I hid the dog bowl lol when it was in front of my house the whole time. The sidewalk runs along a snow ditch that the end of blocks have. Some tenants have 3-5 animals in unit. lucky I live on 3rd floor, I still am suffering air quality. watch where you walk, dog shit all over building, don't think in the sommer you can enjoy the green grass. I have gone to management several times offering to help with some of these problems. They don't want help. Oh when it snows they don't shovel or use salt on walk ways, so use caution.
