It reminds me of Taft Ale House on Spring Grove right before they went under. The staff there were aloof and dismissive. The craft brewery market was over saturated. They and several others folded. On account of the dispensary market now becoming flooded and the lack of training towards customer service I won't be surprised at all if Queen City Cannabis in Norwood is closed within 12 months.

As you are entering after turning from Dana there is very little to distinguish where the entrance is, perhaps due to local ordinance. A simple bright stripe (for instance) on the very edge of the building would distinguish where it all takes place. Which gets to the heart of the matter... The selection and the pricing of the products offered is well worth the trip. But I'll stock up the next time to limit those other experiences. The one star off is due to the parking lot situation. Simple fixes would make it safer and more welcoming.
