They obviously didn't know but when I went back in to see if it would be replaced they said they can't just give weed away and I even offered to buy a new one half off and they still refused and they told me I would need to contact the distributor, so I had to buy a brand new pre roll right there full price. I did contact the distributor and they obviously didn't respond so in the end story didnt try to help me at all they let there employee or who ever steal from there stock and they let me a veteran pay for it. nice staff doe

I'm not going to lie when I said I had very low expectations of this place, I am a bit of a prude or judgmental jerk because I think of smoke shops as quick places to jack up prices and make profit and don't really care. That is the absolute opposite of this business. their prices are cheap, as in like the cheapest I could even find on the internet. Barely a markup despite being a brick-and-mortar store. The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!
