The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!
