We were told to go wait in our car for when the next person was available. It was unclear why the…read moreother workers that were not helping anybody were unavailable to help us simply purchase a phone. We waited for over an hour when we were the first people in line. Then when we finally got to go inside we were told they don't even have the phone in stock. They provided a few other places to look but by that point, after waiting, everything was closed. A previous experience also revealed how bad the stores are at working with their technical support.

The women workers were ok but the guys especially the main guy was a total rude jerk. Save yourself the headache and just go to ATT. If I was a corporate manager I would fire most of the sales staff especially lord of the d-bags. As soon as my contract is up I'm done.

Mainly, the clerk (who I won't name) basically assured me I would receive a $300 rebate for my Samsung 9S+ as a trade-in. That didn't happen. He subsequently told me it would appear as credit on my monthly bills over 24 months but it wouldn't begin to show up for 2 or 3 billing cycles. I called Verizon who said they don't do that and have no record of a rebate for my trade-in. He also said that if I bought 3 accessories a 4th one would be free. That didn't happen either An email about this went unanswered. Furthermore, it seemed if he didn't know an answer to a question he made up answers, e.g. prices, specifics about the phone I was interested in... I think I knew more about the phone than he did. I also had to request an email receipt since no receipt of any kind was provided at the time of purchase. Bottom line, let the buyer beware. Get everything in writing. Do your homework. Oh yeah, one more thing I was pressured to do an evaluation immediately at the time of purchase. Don't do that.
