I believe him. He took the time to help me and served other customers who were quickie in-and-outers while helping me. On July 3, 2025 I purchased a vape here, and then went out of town for the weekend for the holiday. When I opened the vape, it had no taste except a burnt taste. I could not even use it, because it tasted so horrible. When I returned on Monday, I went back to the store, and the manager was not there. I explained to the associate that was there what happened, and he called the manager/owner to review with him. I requested only to exchange the vape with the exact same brand and flavor, and did not request any money back, and showed him that the vape was still on 100% indicating I had not used it. The associate tells me "No we cannot exchange that, but I can sell you another one". I explained to him that I was in there every week/every other week, and was a loyal regular customer. He still told me no he would not exchange it for a working vape. I then told him I will not buy a new one, and that they should have a sign posted to inform customers that there are no refunds/exchanges even if the item is broken upon purchase, and that they will now lose a loyal weekly customer. The associate just shrugged his shoulders, and walked away. I walked out, and told him I would never return and I have not. If you purchase from this store, and they sell you broken items, there is no customer service at that point. Sure they are really nice when your actively buying things, but there is no accountability when they sell you broken products. Enter at your own risk with this place.

Camels were $35 a carton, but Parliments were on sale for a cool $27.00, so I snagged 3 cartons for $84.05. My one quibble is that the prices posted do NOT include taxes as is common in cigarette shops, so the bill was a bit higher than I expected. Still, for the price of one carton in the city, I got three out here. Now that I've found Katy's Noodles next door, this place will become part of my regular sin runs to avoid Cook County Taxes.
