I'm someone that likes to get suggestions and they always follow it up with asking my taste preferences before pointing me in the right direction rather than just telling me what they like. Recently I made the decision to sever my more than decade long relationship with 42 degrees for personal reasons and personal growth. This action prompted 1 or 2 employees I have known all this time to be very happy for me and offer to help in any way.
