I've been using them since before they changed their name. Never had a problem using the bathroom while I was there. Being a Lyft driver it is very convenient to be able to do a two-in-one stop. Tried to exchange a $25 (yes $25) disposable vape that started leaking and missfiring after a day and was told sorry dissposables are in a grey area for exchange/returns.. I am a non-smoker.. Can't stand being around it. It triggers my allergies and everything else! My boyfriend is a smoker is trying to quit.. I have been buying all my vape supplies for years at Alhoma. The sales people are friendly and I had thought the prices reasonable. I bought a vape kit in November for 50.00...it started leaking e juice the minute I started using it...I went back to my old vape and time passed. Then I found the receipt for the leaking vape in my glove box so I headed to store. I told the manager the vape leaked and I wanted my money back. He said it was a bad vape and they'd replace it with a new one. He said it was now priced at 19.99...that angered me...I insisted on getting my money back...which I finally did, after an admonishment from the manager telling me I wouldn't be able to return items in future. Very condescending.... So...I still went back yesterday to buy ecig oil and vape coils....I had my vape with me to show the clerk so I could get the correct coils.....so I drive home...the clerk sold me the wrong coils...after another trip there this evening I finally was given the correct coils.. I just wanted to take the time to update my most recent review. Today, I met with the company's senior manager (Renee) and the web manager (LeeAnne) and they managed to shift entire perception of the Alohma company. Minutes after I posted about my negative experience I was contacted by LeeAnne and she assured me that she would make the situation right. Renee and LeeAnne met with me at my convenience and choice of location despite their busy schedules. They made it very clear that this issue was a priority to them and made me feel like my opinion of the company truly mattered. During our meeting they listened carefully to my concerns and expressed sincere anguish for my recent negative encounter with a store manager. They informed me of an idea they had to teach all of their employees how to fix the issue I was experiencing with my device, which makes me very happy that this will not be a reoccurring problem. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. I was at Alohmas today for two and a half hours. TWO AND A HALF HOURS they spent helping me decide which device was best for me. They informed me about several different mods and even had me try some new flavors. It was very apparent that this wasn't just business to either of them, their work is driven by helping others form healthier habits. On top of the extraordinary service I received, I had the pleasure of learning a little bit about each of them. These woman live Impressive lives even outside of Alohmas. I cannot express how grateful I am for the time and effort they put into the satisfaction of one customer. I have so much respect for this company and the passion their management displays. Great staff very knowledgeable about the products they have. If you're trying to start or are experienced in RBAs they can help. Around 200 flavours only downside is if you are experienced in vaping their juices are not very flavor full and oxidize really quick which makes your wicks go bad quicker.
