In order to get to an appointment on time I will book the trip pick-up time earlier than I would expect it to be. The return driver went a step beyond what some others would do by coming into the building to find me since I wasn't waiting outside. As usual, he had texted his expected arrival time but I had my phone on mute and missed it. He was a little early and if he hadn't come inside I would not have had a ride home.
