It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. I figured this out when I went to put on the old sweatshirt in order to search my trash for the keys! Back to AAA - Connie came out in the pouring rain and expertly found a way in the car with zero damage and brilliant precision. She was my angel for the day - helping me set up a new AAA account for the next year with better benefits at a great price. I recently purchased an AAA membership, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing…read more Since I had only recently joined, I was unable to request towing services through the online portal and therefore had to call customer service for assistance. However, my calls were repeatedly routed back to the automated system, making it difficult for me to reach a live representative. When I finally connected with a customer service representative and explained that I wished to cancel my membership, the call was immediately disconnected just moments after I made the request. I cannot say for certain whether the call was intentionally hung up or simply dropped accidentally, but the entire experience was certainly frustrating. Upon calling again, I was informed that while I could cancel my membership, I would not be eligible for a refund--despite the fact that my membership had been active for only three days and I had never utilized any AAA services. I am extremely disappointed with my overall customer service experience. I understand that companies have established cancellation and refund policies, but as a new member, I had expected to receive a higher level of attentive support. As it stands now, I do not foresee myself using AAA services again in the future.

Carnival seems to be re-branding we had a positive experience with all of the crew members, and quality of cruisers on the Vista. Cloud 9 Spa had me floating as I indulged in the 75 min.body , scalp, eye, hot stone massage. Each port offered a quick glimpse of the culture and atmosphere of the island. Next time ,I will spend more time at one destination to fully immerse in the experience, food , music with the local's. I will definitely post the POSITIVE feedback on the CARNIVAL website! Although, I have to share my experience with you Allison in comparison to my previous cruise planner. Your response to questions that needed clarity were delayed. The details were fragmented, I had to resend or leave a voicemail which took you a few days to respond. Once you received the full payment you appeared to relax and slack off with customer service . You even left me a voice that you were digging out from a trip to Michigan? I understand this was an extremely larger group perhaps in the future you may need additional assistance to make sure you communicate effectively if you ever have such a large group again that you can not handle.Or use the email data from all travelers to send out a mass email to communicate to all at once . I hope your Thank You cards will have a credit for transfer fees from MCO to Hotel and Hotel to Port ( etc) or a gift card or something as an act of Gratitude for booking a group of 40 cruisers. I have traveled to Europe , Caribbean and South America. After researching and viewing the rates and comparisons of what strangers shared....they seemed to had a more personal , quick response,organized planner...they had additional credits , bottle of wine for dinner, free 2 bag of laundry services etc... little perks that showed act of thanks and gratitude. Crediting only $25 to each 40 family member was only $1,000...you made a HUGE profit. No transfers were covered or discounted to or from MCO, Hotel, Cape Canaveral etc. I hope you will provide more rewards and perks , customer service for ALL of your future clients. Please note ....money, credit cards, checks, CURRENCY does not discriminate its a vehicle to purchase, to experience a Mc Donald's Big Mac v/s Grass-fed Beef Burger the latter is which I prefer when I eat red meat. I hope you will take this review as positive constructive feedback in order to increase your retention rate. I'm sure this is not your bread and butter business . She stuck to our budget and helped us pick the best Sandals resort for our style, since there are so many to choose from. She made sure that we had all the travel documents we needed, kept us up to date on Covid entry requirements, and she sent us a travel tips sheet that spelled out exactly what to expect when traveling to a sandals resort. On our return trip, we had a flight get cancelled on a Sunday at 7pm, so I called the Alpha World Travel office number to get some help in getting a flight rebooked. Lynn was the one who helped us out of this pinch, and she went above and beyond, she got us in contact with an airline booking agent in minutes, and she had a rental car booked for us when we landed in Charlotte and had to drive back to Raleigh. I would highly recommend Alpha World Travel and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had a great experience with Viking Travel for a 2-week-long European vacation this past July. I…read moreworked with Avery on details for a few months, and he was able to get us flights and hotels on either end of our travel for cheaper than I could find flights alone. Not only that, but the flights were ideal (great travel times, minimal layovers), and the hotels in Milan and Paris were so great-- especially for a family of 4! Our hotel in Paris had 2 separate bedrooms (a third if you count the living room, which had its own door), as well as a full kitchen (microwave, stove, plates/silverware, refrigerator, etc.). And none of the hotels were super touristy or packed-- we felt like we had found some hidden gems. Throughout planning and during our travel, Viking Travel was available to us by phone or email, and they were always quick to respond. They helped with COVID preparation, which was a big concern of ours going into Europe. I have to admit I had concerns with using a travel agent in this day and age, but it was worth it for sure. I'm not sure if it's like this for all packages, but we didn't pay Viking anything extra, there were no out-of-pocket costs to use them, we just paid for the flights/hotels and that was it. I can't recommend Viking Travel enough. We're already planning our next trip through them for next year :)
