I am 100% Spanish and can speak/write fluently but it really bothers me when companies only speak Spanish in the U.S.- NOT professional at all!! I asked them plenty of times to speak English and they ignored my requests! The Plantation Shutters took MORE than 4 weeks to get installed. I asked my representative if she can install temporary blackout while the shutters were installed and she said NO. This was a service that 3Day Blinds was able to offer but they are not able to offer this. Lastly, my shutters were FINALLY installed in the morning and 1 hour later, they requested payment for the full balance. I wasnt able to answer because I was at a meeting at work so they sent another immediate text requesting payment which I did not appreciate! As if this wasn't enough, they also tried to overcharge me. The sales rep said my balance was $964.25 but the office manager sent me an invoice for $1,488.31 - they dont even have good accounting practices! Please stay away from this company!! I hope they learn how to treat a customer and give them the time needed to complete a payment---not 1 hour after installation!!! I still have my entire home that needs blinds/shutters but there is NO WAY I am using this company and would NOT recommend it to anyone!

She gave a good price and was extremely flexible with her schedule because we were unsure of the exact date our window replacement would be complete. During installation, both her and her installer were friendly, professional, and efficient. They made sure to keep my areas clean and removed all of the old blinds and cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight mistake from the factory, but Tenesia was quick to get it fixed, communicated well with me and worked around our crazy schedule to correct the situation so we had our blinds in, as beautiful as we dreamed they would be. We are extremely happy with the way they came out. We love the color and the pattern of them, we love that they open in the middle instead of by the side, and that they have no string attached at the side that my cat can get tangled in (like my old ones did).
