After being unsuccessful with repair, he removed the good blinds and took them, with the one that didn't work, to the shop. Three weeks later we had not heard from anyone about the blinds. We made several calls only to be told they would call back with a response. Never happened! I had to call back and tell them to return blinds. I found the blinds on my porch, with a nasty note from the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
