I hired Dimark, and was not disappointed! They responded to my request and gave a range to quote. If I would have been available, they would've taken care of it same day. We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Price was within the range as well. Excellent service, and very fast. I highly recommend.

He replaced all the wheels on the rails, and tightened up all the parts, and the garage door was quiet and working beautifully when he'd finished. They came next day, and diagnosed right away that it just needed lubricating. Proceeded to lubricate and loosen up all the garage door moving parts, replace or tighten everything that was falling out, and were on their way in well under an hour. They are a wonder to watch working together, and they explained everything as they did it. Also told me that the garage door dated from 1978 and I should be happy it is in very good shape.
