I've been going here over 10 years-I saw all the upgrades and changes. The machines wash and dry well for the cost but that's everywhere. The ladies on staff keeps the place clean. It's not a lot of loitering-just the usual from 10 years ago but they don't bother anyone they actually help the staff stay safe especially overnight. Free wifi, plenty of TVs, space to set up your laptop and snack machines available for your junk food cravings :-) I had to wash my bed comforter during the COVID crises. My usual for laundry and I have nothing bad to say EXCEPT, get you some attendees that know what's going on. I sometimes wash clothes super early in the morning and when the payment machines don't work the attendee kinda ignores it, just says ok and moves on. I wasted a lot of money trying to figure out which system of all the coin and card systems would work. He just watched and stared but no customer service. I rarely use the laundry mat because I've heard horror stories over the years with no specific location in mind & growing up my mom would make us go there and I felt like I'd be there forever but in any event , today I had to wash because my dryer went out on me and upon arrival I could see how well kept this establishment was just from looking through the window . The owner seems unmoved by people stealing out of his laundry mat. I've been coming here for awhile but I soon plan to find a new laundry mat to go to on the regular. The laundry facilities were clean. Only a few machines that were pin service. However, the attendant was making sure that everything was well- kept. The reason for 2 stars: My only issue was that no one was practicing social distancing OR wearing a mask. I and an elderly woman and her companion were the only people wearing masks. I got here at 10 o'clock left at two in the morning. It took forever to dry the clothes only because the vents were not clean of the lint. Finally I was able to get it clean thankfully to the lady managing the place but she was the best thing of it. It's sweltering hot. After you spend a fortune to clean your clothes in the dryer will make your clothes stink like something awful. I would avoid this place if at all possible. I passed by a really ghetto-looking coin laundry and then found this one. It was not ghetto-looking from the outside. It actually looked good, clean, and cheerful. Nice signage. Lots and lots of washers and dryers. Friendly, helpful staff. It's relatively clean on the inside, too. 24-hour operation, so do your laundry any time. They also have drop-off wash and fold service. Never had a problem until last week. I purchased a $65 pair of Izod work pants, and included them in my bi weekly laundry service. I picked my completed laundry up the next day. Once I got home, I noticed several back stains on my MY Izod's I have yet to wear!!! So, I brought the pants back, and showed them to the worker. She stated she would try to get the stains out, and stated something must have been left in the dryer causing them to stain. So, I returned the next day to pick up my pants, and they were "missing". The employee called the attendant that worked the night before. She told me that someone must have "taken " them from the dryer, because she did not know what happened to them?? So, the employee left a note for the owner, and said he would call me back. So, I waited for the call that never came. So, AGAIN I returned the next day, this time, I was able to speak with the owner. He told me he would review the camera footage and he would call me back. I waited AGAIN for a call for 2 days that NEVER came. So, I returned today, with my receipt for my purchase of my pants. The attendant told he "the owner will not budge, I would have to take him to court". Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again. I have already disputed the transaction with my bank, filed a complaint with the BBB. Also, my brother is an attorney, and I will enjoy suing him!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I visited this laundromat because it was near my children's school& convenient considering my washing machine stopped working the night before. The place were very nice & all of the machines are in working order. The prices were reasonable and the attendant answered all of my questions about how to use the equipment very kindly. I haven't been in a laundromat since I was 14 & I'm 31 now so I was confused about some of the machines. The YELP deal helped with the cost big time! I will definitely revisit. Everything was clean& nice. My only complaint was the temp it was HOT in there. But with all of the hot dryers rolling I can see how that could be. read more

Decent laundromat. It's open 24 hrs. My biggest gripe is that they never have any loose dollar bills available. I've went there several different times of the day. I would have a $10 bill and try to get 5 ones and $5 worth of quarters only to be told that they don't have any money. What business operates like that? Best service in Hapeville. The staff is very helpful and kind. I enjoy my time here. They have LCD tvs I sit there for hours and watch tv and eat my snacks from the snack machine. I traveled further from my hotel to go to this place because the other reviews were good. They are right. The place is clean and the staff very professional. I was in and out within an hour and I had two loads. The smaller washers cost $2.00 and the smaller dryers cost 25 cents for 10 minutes. A full load to dry took 30 minutes. They have large TV screens, vending machines, clean bathrooms for both men and women's, and game kiosks, such as Ms. PacMan. I'll definitely be using this place again when I return. read more

The washing machines are kind of pricey. $7.50 for the large machine just below the very largest size. But i guess that's to be expected for the size. $4.50 for a medium-small washer. No free drying, unfortunately (I read that some other local places have that.) That would have made a significant difference, as I spent at least $7.00 on drying (I lost track of how much money I fed the machine.) 25 cents buys you only 7 minutes of drying time. I came here because I was running late with my night, and they are open 24 hours. This is my first time here, and it's not awful, but it's a bit disappointing. This may be kinda lame, but i was bummed out that the check-in offer for a free massage chair session does not work. Either the chair is broken, or the employee did not know how to operate it. But considering it was unplugged when she and I walked over to it, it's more likely that the chair is broken. On the plus side they do have a few vending machines, drinks, snacks, ice cream dots, TV, free wi-fi, OK plastic seating, a decent sized table with bar height chairs, so I could have brought my laptop. They sell soap, softener, etc. They sell laundry bags, cheapie ones, and nicer heavy duty ones for around $7.00 (you can probably get a better deal on a good laundry bag at a store though.) I definitely would come back, but I'm going to check out other local spots, especially ones with free drying! read more
