I conducted both a buying and selling transaction with Dominion Capital Title. During both…read moretransactions, there were numerous errors in the paperwork. Buying- 1. I had to resubmit paperwork that was "lost" - at the last minute. I was out of the country but managed to pull the documents together for the 2nd time. 2. The closing disclosure was incorrect, and had a different amount on it than the one they did before. They told me the new amount was the correct amount, and after much debate they figured out their error. Selling- 30 minutes before I was to sign the deed, they told me they needed a copy of a voided check physically in hand for the funds to be wired or they would mail a check. Paperwork errors that had to be fixed. Bottom line, do not use this business. They are careless in their paperwork and their next client will pay the price on an avoidable error.

Because this place has TWO drive up ATMS and they are both the PERFECT height for non-SUVs. The problem I have at most drive up ATMS is that they are either too high or have some type of bumper/pole in the ground to keep people from pulling up too close, which usually results in me being overly cautious and pulling up too far away... Which means I have to unbuckle my seat belt and practically climb out my window or open my car door and effectively make a drive up ATM pointless. My favorite drive up ATMs ever.
