You go get in line. you get to the front, one hour later, to explain what you need and get a form to fill out. After you step aside and fill it out.... you get back in the same line. And you wait another hour to get a number. Then you wait for a window to call you. When I was there, 2 of the 6 windows were manned. It took an insane amount of time to get a copy of my marriage license. The irony is, I needed the marriage license so my wife could go to DMV to go through purgatory to get a REAL ID. There has got to be an easier way.

You only get 3 1 liter bottles for one person and 6 liters for a family of 4. Down at the 701 North 25th, they ask for your name and family amount. I told them I pay city High taxes. You don't even get enough water to use and have water intake a human must have daily. Not good for the new Mayor. I hope the Mayor can do away with the parking in the middle of the lanes down town so traffic can flow. I hope he does away with parking to the corner so you can see if traffic is coming to prevent accidents. I hope he put into law that people park in back of their homes if they have parking king off the alley. I've been to JM twice this month for jury duty, and the process is smooth if you follow…read moreinstructions. They have coffee for you in the morning, and will provide lunch if you have to stay and actually serve. The judge was professional and efficient. What's bothersome is that one of the courtrooms smells like pee. And I don't mean a faint whiff, but a full blown pee smell. When I came back to serve and had to go to a different courtroom, I smelled it again. So it appears it's the entire third floor.

I called a few different times, and waited over 30 minutes each time without an answer. On my final call someone did answer to say that they had super high call volumes and could someone call me back. I will say, that the next day (a Saturday) someone did call me to schedule service. I give 1 star for the long call delays, but give 5 stars to the customer service person who called; therefore a 3 total. She was courteous and helpful and expedited the process.

Now they are charging late fees for that month, plus scheduling new monthly payments for less than the bill amount, guaranteeing late fees every month. This beautiful concert was just over one hour long, and it was a real treat! The foyer and concert hall were lit with about 2,000 candles. The sound was crisp and clear. Tickets are sold by section, with Section A being the closest rows to the stage. We lucked out with front row seats. While they performed classical music tonight, we learned they also perform renditions of music by contemporary artists as well. We highly recommend!

The chauffeur was condescending and the ride intolerably bumpy and without air conditioning. It was considerate of them to rinse the mace from my eyes (though I fail to understand why I was hosed at all), however my clothes were soaked and the effects lingered. Upon arrival, I was seated in a waiting area for eight hours (a bus. It was a bus). We are in the middle of a pandemic, yet people were packed one per foot. After being given a misdemeanor charge (for being out past my bed time) I was shown to a second waiting area, where ambience was provided in the form of the ever objective Fox News. The commemorative photo they took was unflattering and lacked a sense of composition-this guy was no Saul Leiter. After a few more hours of waiting (and waiting, and waiting-the predominate theme of my visit, as I am sure you have discerned, was waiting. It was worse than being at Disney Land in mid July without a fast pass), I was shown to a cell. The decoration was wanting, and while I appreciate their use of a local artist, the mural on my cell's wall was nonetheless amateurish. Still, it did succeed in making me long to be literally anywhere else. The food (which I had waited fourteen hours for) was a single piece of mystery lunch meat on plain white bread and a days old apple. The only water provided was what came out of the sink and had to be shared with my cellmates. My compliments to the chef. Having at last been served, I was unceremoniously shown the door. Seriously, get arrested elsewhere. This place was a joke.
