Forget any negative reviews concerning Mr. Daugherty. He handled 18 months legal work for me in a…read morechild custody/divorce case. First, Donald genuinely cares about his clients and focuses on getting the best results. Secondly, Donald is experienced. He's in that courtroom everyday and has a great predictability in how the judges think. Donald is very wise. While polite to his judicial adversaries, Donald does not cringe in tough situations. We're talking about a U.S. Army Lt. Colonel who survived the jungles of Vietnam. In a word, Donald wins. And his legal fees are reasonable. Donald doesn't not nickel and dime like many other lawyers. He'll give you a fee and all the courtroom appearances, phone calls, letters written, photo copies, etc. are under that umbrella. If you have a moment of pause on the legal fees, look at this way -what would be cost of judgements that don't go your way. Donald successfully thwarted opposing lawyer attempts for me to pay their client's legal fees. That alone save me tens of thousands of dollars. He won monetary judgements for me that I had not asked. What you're getting with Mr. Daugherty is client honesty, solid legal knowledge, and decades of daily courtroom experience. Donald cares about his clients and he wins. Donald is a rare, affordable super lawyer and you want this man representing you.

I can't say enough good things about Fisher-Sandler, LLC and especially Michael Sandler. Going…read morethrough bankruptcy is stressful and overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel manageable and straightforward from start to finish. They were always professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Anytime I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and made me feel like a priority, not just another case. What really stood out was their support even after everything was finalized. Knowing that they're still willing to step in and handle any creditor issues gives me real peace of mind. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely caring bankruptcy attorney, I highly recommend Fisher-Sandler. They truly go above and beyond for their clients.

I am assured multiple times that I will receive a phone call on Monday from an actual lawyer. It is Tuesday. I've received no phone call but a message telling me to fill out paperwork that I have not I have replied to their messages four times and I've called and left a voicemail. I've still heard nothing from them. This tells me that they're not gonna be very good at case if they can't make a return phone call after telling you multiple times that they would call you today! I guess they don't want my money!!!!!

Literally 10 years of inconsistent visits, no support, and disrespect. My ex did not respond to discovery, nor phone calls, and was uncooperative with the GAL during the preparation period. The day of trial Andrew took him to the side to inform him of what we were prepared to ask the judge for in response to a Rule to Show Cause - my ex agreed to almost all the terms proposed and dismissed the rule to show cause in an effort to avoid trial. I was actually shocked because everything Andrew proposed i have been requesting for a decade! Would i have liked to skip the attorney fees? of course but in the end it was worth every penny. I no longer have to request basic things for my child, and my ex's relationship with our child is now all his responsibility. BIG THANK YOU

My small pension was not enough. Despite my asking, I received no helpful advice and ended up solving the problem myself, though I was charged close to 1K by the law firm for my troubles. After 3 months without hearing from them, even to find out if the TSP issue had been resolved or if I had failed making any house payments, I informed them that I was looking for another lawyer. I was not even contacted by my lawyer about my leaving. I left this incident with the firm opinion that they did not have my back and would not fight for me through the divorce process. Shucks, their lack of concern for me as their client floored me. I can, without hesitation, not recommend them.

Earlier this year, I found myself in an incredibly difficult position. Due to unexpected and unfortunate mental health issues with my ex-wife, I believed my children were no longer safe in the current custody agreement we had. I did not know what I could do or what my options were, but knew I needed to act immediately to protect my children. Ms. Raheen had represented me during my divorce three years prior. During that time, I had gained a great deal of trust and respect for Ms. Raheen and her paralegal Taryn Arp. Three years later when my children's safety became a concern, I immediately called Ms. Raheen again and requested her help. I was pleased to learn that even though several years had passed since my divorce, Ms. Raheen was still familiar with the facts of my case and she was prepared to tell me my options. She was decisive and acted quickly to move my children legally into my custody until we could ensure their safety. In addition, I also had Jennifer Huchler and Paralegal Taryn Arp working on my case. I valued Ms. Huchler's input and was confident in the work she did on my behalf. Ms. Huchler and Ms. Raheen were knowledgeable experts I could trust to safely voice my concerns to and ask questions of during our meetings. They were all easily accessible, quick to respond, and always thoughtful with my time. This was a difficult case with complicated issues. Ms. Raheen always made keeping my kids safe her number one priority, and she produced results that did exactly that. I am so grateful for the work done by Ms. Raheen, Ms. Huchler, and Ms. Arp.

They are extremely expensive and, in my experience, seemed more focused on billing than on helping their clients. I worked with Teddi and Sunny, and I regret my decision. I spent over $12,000 on my case and was repeatedly told they could handle it. I shared how serious and urgent my situation had become, but I felt very little was done to move my case forward. After my first court hearing, they chose to withdraw from representing me, which was both surprising and disappointing. Another frustrating issue was being billed for reviewing and responding to numerous emails sent by the opposing parties. Even though I wasn't the one initiating those communications, I was still charged for the time spent addressing them, which significantly increased my legal fees. After hiring a new attorney, I was told that my case should have been handled differently. Looking back, I wish I had known more about the firm's experience with family law before retaining them. Had I known, I would have chosen different representation from the beginning. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm. For the amount I paid, I expected far better communication, advocacy, and results.
