My son was driving home when the vehicle suddenly died. He managed to get the car off the road and called asking what to do. It was about 8:00 pm and I told him I would get a towing company to come out and take the vehicle to a local garage. So here's the good part of the review. They were very professional and got to the car within an hour. They hauled it to the garage and then were kind enough to drop out son off at home. Here's the bad part. The tow distance was less than 10 miles. The charge was $230 and they wanted payment via VENMO to a "name" other than Triple Time Towing. I have no idea how tow charges are calculated, but compared to the only other tow experience I've had which was for a much longer distance, the charge was twice the earlier fee. So this was a mixed experience. Next time I will be sure to ask for an estimate and payment methods. read more

All of a sudden my car started making a terrible noise and I knew not to even try to drive it to my mechanic. So I googled tow trucks and landed on Triple Time towing. They were super responsive to my needs, very friendly and prices were comparable to other tow services. I had them tow my car to my usual mechanic but it turned out that the problem was something that the dealer needed to correct. So I had them tow my car to the dealer the next day. Both times they were very accommodating, friendly and professional. They worked with me to get both of the tows done with minimal impact on my work/home schedule. I called George about a flat tire and an antique car with a dead battery. He was on time and very friendly. He quickly filled the flat tire so we could drive it to the shop for a replacement. We tried jumping the old car with a dead battery but it still would not start even after multiple attempts, so he towed it to our favorite repair place. It turned out that the second car had multiple problems so just jumping it would not have worked. (Squirrels had chewed up several hoses including one leading to the gas pump! And the battery was just old and would not hold a charge). The rate George charged was fair and the service great. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arose. read more

Driver took about 45 minutes to load vehicle and was about 3 hours late getting to my hous. He was down the street and I could see him but he is calling me asking where do I stay. Nobody wants to need a tow truck. However, if you find yourself in those circumstances, you will be delighted when George, who owns Triple Time Towing, shows up. My situation was unique as I backed out of a driveway, and my front wheel slipped into the ditch. It caused my back right wheel to be off the ground. There was no way I could get my car out. George got down on the ground to review the angles of each wheel as he carefully thought about how to get my car back on the driveway without causing any damage to the undercarriage of my car. Toyota's do not have a tow hitch, like most cars, under the front. Instead, he carefully slid the tire lift on his tow truck under the front end of my car. He expertly guided the lift to raise my car just enough to back it onto the driveway. Anyone else could have easily damaged the undercarriage of my car. I can't say enough good things about George. Triple Time Towing - right on target!!! I was stranded in a shopping center paring lo, needed a jump start, called at least 5 other companies for service all were a no go. Triple Time customer service right on the money, my phone call was immediately answered., individual responding to the call was polite and very pleasant. Estimated wait time - 20 minutes. Actual wait time - 20 minutes. Name of the service technician - George. Friendly and knowledgeable. Determined that even though my battery was reading with efficient power he still went forward with the jump. BINGO the car was running. George checked the alternator power as well. The company does accept major credit/debit cards. Total time until I was back on the road after the jump start - 10 minutes, perhaps a tad less. Did I add this company to my contact list - INDEED! Hopefully I will not need to contact Triple Time Towing again, yet if I needed a towing company; my fingers would be dialing Triple Time. I highly recommend the company all around.
