Instead of addressing the issue, they simply abuse their clients. I would STAY AWAY from them and also have advised all my friends whom I had referred over so many years to stay away from this firm for good as they are very unprofessional, highly unethical and truly don't know how to treat a client. I simply urge everyone to stay away from this firm as they will let you down eventually.. I am sure he is going to respond to my review, with the same "ethics", that he did with others who gave him a negative review. If only he shows that same vigor towards addressing the actual issue...it would have been a different story !
