But that doesn't come close to the replacement or refurbishing costs of my Z Gallerie dining room chairs and buffet chair that were ruined by her cleaning the glass dining room table with Scrubbing Bubbles with Bleach. You can see the bottle in the picture. That's exactly where she left it and it was NOT placed there by me. I should've went with my gut when I submitted a request for cleaning quotes from Yelp. Lesha responded but didn't have any reviews. She was $80 cheaper than my other quote and stated "I don't have any reviews because Yelp keeps deleting them." I don't know how true that is or if she's deleting her profiles and starting new ones when she gets a bad review. But she told me that she's been cleaning for a while and has a lot of satisfied clients so I sent my deposit and she showed up as scheduled. She only cleaned the kitchen cabinets and half cleaned the bathrooms in spite of my quote requesting a "deep clean" because the house was undergoing renovations that were supposed to be completed before she arrived so I instructed her to "work around the renovations." She did NOT do that . There was still dust, dirt and grime on the floors when I returned to the house, I contacted her and sent pictures with my complaints. She returned the next day and faded my chairs. I noticed this 2 days later and she admitted to doing it. I tried to get someone to dye the spots but no one is willing to undertake this task and it seems like ALL the chairs will need to be reupholstered. I wanted her insurance to pay for this but she is UNINSURED! And she's unwilling to pay out of pocket. I shouldn't have to bear the responsibility of paying for this but based on my conversation with Lesha, she thinks that because I'm a Doctor I should just pay for it and let her work it off. And because I don't want to do that "I'm being heartless." How am I heartless if I don't want her in my home anymore??? That seemed to offend her so she ghosted me and now I'm leaving a review. I held off on doing this and gave her the opportunity to pay for the damages but she didn't want to go that route!!! BEWARE!!!!

She was very thorough with the process and she was friendly. She brought life back to my refrigerator and deep freezer. They had been out of service for two weeks due to a tree falling on my house. The odor and the look was horrible. Aisha was able to get rid of the debris that was in them and the odor. She even hauled the items to be disposed of properly.
