I was shocked at how Lupe dropped the ball on my tax issue after sending me on a long chase for documents that were not needed. I emailed her 4 or 5 times begging for a status which never came. In fact, Lupe said she requested an extension and when I called the IRS, they said no extension was requested or "filed by phone" as Lupe stated. After months of getting the run-around, I had to hire a qualified CPA who understood the complex issues and finally received professional service. Virtuous Tax & Financial cost me added interest and penalty charges for the time wasted expecting resolution. Please be careful. read more

She offered a lot of advice for the next year and how to manage money and use benefits from work to my advantage.
