My experience here at Liberty Tax Salinas CA on South Main was definitely like no other. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, it was nothing but great vibes. The service was exceedingly well and the Tax Consultant who handled my taxes was the best I have ever consulted with. The man's name is Sanjeet Kumar, and not only was he the best consultant I have had, but he is also the owner of the franchise on South Main. Mr. Kumar was very attentive and welcoming, showing compassion and professionalism at all times. He was very respectful and asked all necessary questions to ensure that my taxes were filed in the most appropriate way. Sanjeet has a very knowledgeable background in accounting and finances, with many years of education and decades of experience in the tax field, so the man definitely knows what he is talking about. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the services and consulting that this branch and staff have to offer. Wow!!! Talk about exceptional customer service! I called Liberty Tax in a panic to get some back taxes take care of and Sanjeet was so kind and willing to help me with just a couple of hours notice. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smiling face and offered water. I explained to Sanjeet what was going on and he went to work immediately. He was very personable and explained everything in a way that I would understand. This appointment unfortunately went longer than expected, and Sanjeet was kind enough to stay past closing time to make sure everything I needed to file was taken care of so that I wouldn't be stressed. Sanjeet Kumar has been doing my taxes for years . He has seen me through a divorce and helped me decide how to best do my taxes as a single mother. He has helped me with the deductions as my children have gone through college. And he is now doing the taxes for my children as dependents. He always does my taxes in a timely matter.
