We never had any sort of financial hiccup during all of COVID, never asked for any sort of help and he sh*ts all over his tenants by not caring about their safety or well-being. In fact, when he attempted to fix the mold last year he then insisted that we sign a 'hold harmless' agreement so he couldn't get sued. Again, it's all about him and nothing about his paying clients. He has a reputation for selling the entire east Hollywood neighborhood to AirBnBs and has greatly contributed to that cancer spreading through the neighborhood. Stay away from him.
