The cleaning lady mysteriously came in saying how hard her case had being and how deligent they were to solve it. They said that to start we had to pay the sum of $1500 , since they were going to ask for the FOIA and revise the case after. We incredulously believed them, and we paid the amount asked. It has been a year and a half and we are still waiting for the FOIA. I have called multiple times, and I have either been placed on hold or I have been told that the FOIA has not arrived as of yet. Worst law office ever. They had all the info they needed for 2 yrs. In those 2 yrs all they did was…read moresend 2 emails. When I finally terminated or case with them they refused to give me any of the work they claimed to have done. I had to go up 3 times to get all my paper work back and then they have me some one else's paperwork. I contacted the other person to let them know since I had bank numbers, social, birth certificate and more belonging to a person I didn't know(got address off w2) and they said there case had been done for 2 yrs. After all this we decided to apply or selves and got his documents in 1 yr. They stayed with all the lawyers fees, and refused to give me the work they said they done, so basically refused to give me what I posted them for, we filed a grievance to the bar in Austin.
