I knew from Kindred Spirits that 90+ was a nice wine to drink and cook. I was also looking for a red. I've been losing my taste for red wines. I've always bought Woodbridge, Mondavi and Josh. K.S. recommended Trecciaia Toscana. It's from Italy. Very nice wine. Not fruity or red blend. It's a nice pairing with cheese and steak dinner. I do a lot of cooking and baking.
