During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drive over 40 minutes to get to this clinic because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox in a single session and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last two months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This was said to me in front of his assistant, the doctor he is training, and my husband, so I am 100% certain that I heard and understood exactly what he said. I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that Botox touch-up, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I had already had a negative experience at this clinic during a Black Friday promotion. I thought I had prepaid for my usual Botox treatment, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to pay more. When I asked for an explanation, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which led me to write a negative review. I later removed that review after Dr. Bokhari personally spoke with me, because at the time I believed the issue had mainly been with the staff. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, my perspective has changed. P.S. For context, I am 30 years old and don't have significant forehead wrinkles. I get Botox because I prefer not to have visible forehead lines. I was also not satisfied with the lip filler I received in March 2025. It appeared to me that some of the filler had migrated, and when I asked Dr. Bokhari about it, he told me it would dissolve over time. However, I can still see some small lumps around my lips today. After that experience and the incident with the nitrous oxide, I decided not to get fillers there again. I've attached photos to this review showing how my lips currently look. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did. They claim you have to book the facial when you book your lips to qualify.. I tried booking and wasn't able to. I made sure to call ahead at the time because I didn't want to come back but was told I couldn't get a facial the same day.. So I come in; and add more services. For actual fillers I had to upgrade my lips, first bait.. not even sure what the special lips included but I paid more money to get lips that were supposed to last I think 1 year and nothing lasted.. I don't know the correct terms, I guess the special was similar to Botox (lasts a few months) and the filler upgrade should last I believe at least a year, maybe even more.. Then I asked for Botox, their packages are per area but everyone's areas are different.. so some areas take more units than others.. it's confusing to pay per area but wtv.. Long story short I get convinced to do something completely different than what I wanted. I wanted my chin filled and smoothed out and they recommended something else, it made sense at the time.. Naturally you want to listen to the recommendation thinking it's better.. It left me with indents on the sides of my lips that I've never had. I took my own pictures before I went in and I did not have these indents.. When I called and said the Botox didn't work, and asked about the indents, they had me come back to add more Botox, I should have requested a different nurse... the indents still hadn't gone away. I've got Botox and lip filler before, (somewhere different) when the nurse injects you, you can hear the injection (like a sound barrier only the client can hear).. When the nurse was injecting me at NakedMD, I felt like she wasn't going deep enough, I could barely feel a poke and in some areas I felt absolutely nothing piercing my skin nor did I hear the sound barrier. I feel like she probably wasn't properly injecting and is why I got no results. Not only that, where she injected by my lips (my new indents she gave me) I'm assuming she went too deep which is why there are new indents I've never had.. I hate these new indents I see every time I look in the mirror. The nurse was nice, I wanted to like her, she has cute ears, almost elf like.. I hate to write this long review but idk, I went in for a $199 lip special and walked out paying a little over $1500 and not one service lasted! Not even a few weeks!! I would give negative stars if I was able. I'm mostly writing this review because if I read a similar experience, I would have stopped service, requested a new nurse, and definitely wouldn't have got baited to a bunch of injections that were no different than if they had injected water. Zero results. So before you get baited by some special, I guess this is one of those times when "you get what you pay for" even with the upgrades :/
