My long distance boyfriend booked a massage for me today 7/25/26 after having a long and stressful work week. I'm was so excited to have a relaxing experience. Shortly after walking through the door, things took a turn. I was given the intake form which I completed. Then [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told, I had to pay before my services were even started. The woman at the front told me she would "maybe be leaving early" because she had "stuff to do." She said you normally pay after but I would be paying before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Worst case scenario, I was racially profiled and made to pay early. Less worst case scenario, I was still treated differently than normal and as a first time guest.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wasn't offered any refreshments or anything. I stuck it out because my boyfriend put thought into it, but the experience was ruined before it even started for me. I hoped the massage would make up for it...it didn't. My door was left open which is weird considering I had no clothes on and the massage was just alright. Once completed, the masseuse left the room with my door open again for me to have to get up nearly naked to close it so I could get dressed. I turned on the lights to see the satin pillow topper that was removed once I turned from lying on my stomach to my back during the massage was on the floor. I'll include a picture of what I saw and was lying on. I went for my first time and got the 45 min full body massage with the 30 min express facial for $100. They were really friendly which is always welcomed. The massage and facial were subpar at best. I wanted to like it, but it was a disappointment. It's shocking how many high reviews they have. Everything seemed really cheap that they use, you can tell they cut corners a lot which is fine, but the price point needs to be lower if this is the case. They use basic oil and Lubriderm lotion, aromatherapy is an added cost. For the facial, I wouldn't say it was a facial. It was more of a face massage with oil and Lubriderm lotion again. There was no face scrub, face mask, tools used, steam, hot/cold treatment, planing or extracting. Also, they fill up a bucket of water and keep dipping in it to clean their hands or your face. Unsanitary. Unfortunately, I won't be back. read more

This spot is on Brockton, nearby/across the street from Kraemer's Koffee Bistro. They offers facials, massages, and an automated scalp treatment. The treatment starts with you lying on a massage chair that extends your legs while a machine gives your hair the VIP wash treatment in aquatic rhythmic cycles--think car wash meets vegas' balagio fountain, but for your head. Weirdly enough, that part was quite enjoyable. The massage chair wasn't for me--I'm nursing a gnarly back injury, so I'd skip it next time. After the scalp treatment, a staff member brushed, blow-dried, and gave my hair a VIP massage with bullhorn combs--and seriously, it was glorious! Despite the massage chair, this scalp treatment experience was relaxing overall, and I'd go back. Tip: Pay in cash to avoid the $3-4 card surcharge. read more

I made a last minute reservation on the phone but you can do it online. Both ways require you to put your credit card on file to hold the appointment. Nothing is charged though. When you wait in the area, you can grab water, coffee, or tea. They have you fill out a form and list three areas for the massage therapist to concentrate on. I chose neck, shoulders, and upper back. Then the front desk staff walks you back to the room to undress. It was a little cold in the massage room but they had an electric blanket so that helped during the session. The massage therapist came in and didn't introduce herself so I didn't know her name. I was already faced down so I didn't get to see her. Overall, it was a decent massage. Some points were better than others. She only checked in with me one time in the beginning to see if the pressure was okay but the pressure was a little inconsistent throughout. If you have ever been to a Chinese massage place, you know what kind of massage to expect. I've been to quite a few different ones in the past decade. It's a full body massage but a lot of it is done by rolling their forearms or elbows into your body. Unless your massage therapist is intuitive and understands bodies well, they might not be able to work out knots or relieve stiffness in specific areas. While the overall massage was good (no pain or injuries), my problem areas were still stiff. She did a great job on my scalp and temples though and that was the most relaxing part. I booked a 60min Swedish massage for $69. I paid cash but if you pay with credit, it's $75. I venmo'd my tip. If you work out and have tense muscles like me, then you are better off with Thai massage where they also stretch you out. Otherwise, this place would be good for a basic relaxing massage. read more

Weird vibe, skimpy service -- back pain visit missed the mark I came to Luxury Health Spa because I jacked up my back crawling around in my attic. I arrived a late in the evening, it was dark out already--my bad--but I expected a professional, therapeutic massage to help me function. Instead, the vibe was off from the jump. I felt like staff assumed I was there for a "happy ending" or something, when I was clearly there for back pain. That awkward energy never went away. Service: The massage felt skimped--light on technique, minimal focus on the actual problem areas, and overall just not worth it. Maybe it was the attitude in the room, but the whole experience felt rushed and indifferent. I got my subpar massage and bounced. Bottom line: subpar services and an uncomfortable vibe. This company commits FRAUD daily and kept my old debit card on file for 3 entire months without my permission and without me agreeing to join a membership or subscription of any kind!! If you have gone here, I highly recommend for you to call them and ask them to remove your debit card on file because I had no idea they were keeping my debit card info for so long without my knowledge until today. They lost a good customer EDIT/UPDATE: This fraudulent and racist company (who dislikes people of COLOR and talks about them badly in front of customers ) claimed that I signed a policy which authorized them to charge my debit card. No, I never signed anything (because I never went to this spa the day they are claiming) so their damage control of a response isn't working. Notice in their company response, they NEVER ever acknowledged the fact that they kept my debit card information on file for three months and counting without my permission. Even after I told them to delete my debit card information, they still proceeded to keep it on file and then fraudulently charge me for zero services rendered. Now that their hand has been caught in the cookie jar, I would like to add that they must have signed me up for a membership or a subscription of some kind without my permission because within their memberships, they're allowed to keep the customer's debit card information on file. But I want to make very clear that I never signed up for a membership and or signed a policy that allowed and or gave permission for them to utilize my debit card information in order to keep my debit card information on file for however long they want. Earlier this year, I authorized one massage and one massage only. I didn't give them my debit card so they could just run a tab whenever they want and that's how I'm being treated. And I find that to be extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate, irresponsible and extremely unprofessional on their end. Earlier this year I received a massage from them and when I did, I never gave them permission and or signed a policy that said they can keep my debit card on file for however long they want. In their response, she claimed that I said the debit card didn't belong to me. Even if that claim was true, why would they charge a debit card that doesn't belong to me? This corrupt company has already been reported on social media, the Better Business Bureau, Google, yelp, and anywhere else to spread the word that this company is not only fraudulent, racist, and regularly participates in breaching the privacy of their customers' data including their banking information. Heard good things about this place and stopped by! I was able to call for a same day appt without any issues. It doesn't look like much from outside but the inside is full zen. From the waiting room to the front desk to the massage room itself everything seemed well put together and relaxing. I got a regular massage for 1hr (69$) and did the body scrub add on (20$) and asked for the medium firmness (the hard level was an extra 10$) with extra focus on my neck and shoulders Overall it was a great experience everyone was very accommodating.
