There were a few possible challenges but he assured us that his crew could do whatever we wanted. After getting three more quotes from other companies we decided on Sunset Patios. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most costly either. His crew consisted of two people - father/son combo of Dave and Andrew. They demo'd the existing structure on a Wednesday morning and part of the afternoon. The last couple hours was spent offloading the materials for the new aluminum structure. They worked all Thursday on the new patio cover. Dave was in our attic and ran electrical for the three ceiling fans with lights, two electrical outlets and an on/off light switch. They cleaned up the site before leaving. The improvement is amazing and I definitely recommend Sunset Patios.
