Worst business ever! My wife talked to him on the phone, then left it with him (business is out of his house) with the verbal agreement that it would cost $45 to repair clock. 3 weeks later she went to pick it up and it cost $160! She was shocked and reminded him of the verbal agreement they had made 3 weeks earlier. He verbally intimidated her and she paid $100 to get the clock back. A week later the clock wasn't working again, I took it back and reminded him that, "All Work Guaranteed." He took it back and had it 5 weeks. I stopped by one day (since he never answers the phone or returns messages) and asked for the clock back. He informed me that, "I needed to be patient, it will get fixed." I very much didn't like the way he was talking to me, but left. 4 more weeks go by and I return again (because he doesn't call back from messages left) and he tries this one; "What clock are you talking about?" I very much remind him that he has my clock and go through every encounter we've had so far, politely, but firmly. He tells me he's not done with it, (it's been a total of 9 weeks now). I told him that I thought he was a terrible business man with no sense of customer service and or clock fixing ability and that I want my clock, fixed or not, now. He offers it to me in pieces or with the option to come back tomorrow and he will at least put it back together (though not working still). I return the next day and pick it up. Summary of experience; over 12 weeks he has my clock, original agreed upon cost of $45 to fix, paid $100, still doesn't work! A real bastard in the attitude department, worse with women! read more
