The service was excellent. Floor was personable and made us feel welcome. And the seafood (a combination hors d'oeuvres, tuna steak, plaice, potatoes and vegetables) was fresh and tasty. The side of tartar sauce was heavenly creamy, sweet and tangy. Frens Haringhandel is a must visit.
