A fella came out and looked at the situation. Inside speakers and outside speakers to connect to the record player. When we got a day set on, a guy came out. Really nice guy who knew his stuff, but didn't know this system. It was literally his first time looking at it. He went at it with confidence and got the speakers set, despite the speaker stands missing. When it got time to program it to use he had to just work his way through it. It took more time to get the speakers to turn on right that the installation. They are top of the line speakers, and a great central system. But with the speaker stand situation and feeling hung out to dry on service, it hurt a little.

Ara and Rach came by, took detailed measurements of everything, and then followed up with an itemized quote same day. They came by later in the week, arriving promptly at 9am and worked until past 6p to finish everything. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, and they came up with really creative solutions to fix things around our house. If I think about every handyman or contractor we've ever had do work for us, I think the White Gloves team is among the top - very competent/creative, great attention to detail, and reasonably priced. For example, Ara figured out a way to re-do a french drain on the side of our house fixing a leak no one had been able to solve. They also have a custom cabinetry business so can make you very specific shelves for a closet/cabinet.
