They called me back to inform me that they do accept my insurance and proceeded with asking what my symptoms were and scheduled my appointment. They scheduled my appointment for 8:15 this morning on a Saturday after taking all of my information down including my insurance information and said everything was good to go. I arrived to my appointment at 8:15 and check-in was fine. Shortly after I sit down, about 10 minutes, a different girl at the desk informed me that the Doctor Who accepts my insurance wasn't in today so I cannot be seen today. I hired a babysitter to watch my three children to make this appointment because I'm having really bad eye symptoms and I really needed this appointment. All for them to completely waste my time and money and tell me that it was a "slip up" and that there was nothing that they could do for me. This office is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning.
