The people who we interface with when ordering glasses are no trained properly and are not Optometrists. When I picked up my glasses the vision was blurred. I told the person and she told me, "No it is not". The person did zero adjustments on the frame fitting, proper alignment of lenses, etc. She just walked away. They can just blame the problem on someone outside the office. The premium Essilor lenses provide much less vision detail as standard lenses. This is not an ophthalmologist office.

I had no other problems from my cataracts; no nighttime halos and rays when driving. Dr. Walker removed my cataracts, and my vision is now 20-20 and 20-25. HOWEVER, I now have significant problems driving at night. I have light rays coming down from traffic lights that extend into my car. I have light rays in my rear view mirror. There are starbursts from oncoming headlights. I see rays coming from my neighbors' porch lights, so I don't take evening walks. I can't drive at night without significant problems, and will not venture more than a mile from home. I'm completely disabled when it comes to nighttime driving. During the day, I sometimes have "fluttering." It's been 7 months since my surgery, and Dr. Walker has no idea why I'm having issues. She says I'm "seeing better than I ever have," referring to my prescription change, but completely disregarding the major problems I'm having. I would gladly wear contacts again if it meant I wouldn't be going through this ordeal.

It was good before but my last visit was not satisfying at all. I had my 3 prescription old glasses with me to make sure I get different frame this time but I left the office without getting any glasses even if my numbers were changed. No proper explanation of my eyes evaluation. Not a single question like "do you have any other problem/issue with your eyes or vision?" Less then 10 minutes and handed me over the new proscription paper and done. Even if there was only one person there at that time which was me. No other patient was there. I want to buy glasses from there but I thing now I will use the proscription and buy it from somewhere else where people are interested to show me some frames AT LEAST.

He has a wealth of experience and is always willing to make room for walk-in patients when he can. His dedication to helping people, especially those in the Quakertown community who are less fortunate, is something I've always admired. My only concern isn't with Dr. Kenny himself, but with how the parking lot is sometimes handled during events at the nearby school. A staff member with long brown hair regularly places barricades across the parking lot, which doesn't feel very community-friendly. Ironically, patients then end up parking in front of the neighboring homes instead. I realize this is likely not Dr. Kenny's decision, as he usually isn't there when the barricades are put up, nor can he control where patients choose to park. That's why I don't believe these decisions reflect his values or are made at his request. However, when I…read morereturned to pick out an additional pair of sun glasses the woman at the next desk treated me like I was too much of a bother. I had chosen two models of frames and asked to have Alex please help me choose between the two, since he knows what I like and what looks good. She refused to ask him. I said I could come back another day when he can help me with that and she said do not to even try! "He doesn't help at his desk anymore!" That cold answer was a wake up call for sure, so I have since purchased two new pairs elsewhere. (Alex was always helpful, so if you decide to go there, ask for him. He's hard working and kind).
