This sounds strange, but they do other random things. I paid them to hide Easter Eggs for my daughter in my yard. Yes, they offered that service. $26.31 to hide 18 eggs. It rained, they asked if they could leave them on my porch. Sure. Hide them on my porch. No. They left a Walmart bag with 18 plastic eggs, each containing the cheapest, junkiest candy they could get on my welcome mat. They then ignored my emails after that. I do not know about their gym services, but I can speak to the ethics of the company and the owner. They are not to be trusted. They are not good people. read more

Starting sending my daughter here about 2 months ago. I'll paint a picture for you: she's a blonde, messy-haired, dirty fingernailed curtain-climber with a mind of her own and a will like fire and stone: ever-changing yet unmoveable but by its own accord. After a failed ballet school attempt (what was i thinking?), I turned to martial arts. Opening the door to the old, familiar, sweaty gym sock scent that only comes from extensive floor mats, i delighted at the tiny warriors sitting "like a black belt, sir!". The lead instructor is wonderful, very patient and emphasizes teaching focus and determination in learning new skills. They encourage positive attributes as athletes and as people. Class "homework" included holding the door open for mom for a whole day and keeping her room clean for a week, for which she got recognized in class with applause and positive reinforcement. When she gets off-track, they are good at redirecting. All in all, very impressed. only complaint is that they need more space. read more

Vision has been a incredible and inspirational place for my family and I. My child was the youngest in the class upon entering. They were given so much encouragement and help from the various instructors. The teachers there are absolutely amazing. Each one of them has their own Mary Poppins inside that they pull out to use with these children. Rarely have I seen teachers be able to connect with kids in such a way and get down to their level to really be able to work with them. My kid has so much fun at Vision. We are not allowed to miss a single day. We literally go everyday there is a class. They will ask me daily if they have class that day. They love the chance to earn the word patches of the days for 'courage', 'self control', 'respect' etc. they love the constant challenge. Learning new things. Coming home and doing it all the time and showing everyone they know and love. They have opened up so much more socially there as well and hold better social skills with strangers and new people they meet as they have been able to build up their confidence exponentially. It is a business built upon honor, respect and family run. Everyone there is family. It is the best thing we have been able to find for our family. Our kid is totally committed and wants to be a black belt master like their teachers. I tell everyone I know with kids about this place and would recommend it to anyone. My daughter has been attending Vision Martial Arts for only about 2 months and this is definitely a place that she wants to be. We decided to put her in karate to work on her focusing skills. Long behold, she has completely impressed us with how well she does. I see a certain drive and dedication when she is in class. Not to mention, she is learning how to apply the values she learns in taekwondo to other aspects of life, including school. The instructors are amazing and my son's self esteem has sky rocketed since he started taking classes. Definite must for children if they are very timid or if they have been bullied.
