Only reviewing the waterpark since that's all we saw…read more The park was nice, appeared to be clean. The kids loved the lazy river and the water slides. They even used the diving board a few times. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside of our visit was the three young adult girls wearing g-strings and walking around small children. My youngest was horrified that he could see their "tushies". There's a place for such things but it's not in a children's area. It's indecent and I was surprised they were allowed in. I mean.... you have to wear shoes to enter other establishments... you should have to wear some kind of bum covering in the presence of children. IMO.

The instructor threw an object out for the kids to dive and retrieve. My daughter cannot swim yet and is building her confidence. When she threw out my daughter's object, my daughter tried but couldn't get it. She said the water was right up to her chin and needed help. The instructor wouldn't help her, although she had helped all the other children with this task. My daughter tried to move the object with her foot to get it into a little shallower water and was reprimanded. In the end she didn't pass the skill. When she came back to the parent area she was in tears. I did not confront the instructor. I mean, she is about 16 years old. We had an issue like this the 1st year when the instructor lacked patience. That year we left after the 1st day and didn't return. I have emailed the Station before but never get any response back. If your child is not already confident in the water, then lessons her might not be appropriate for your child.

THEY KEEP REPORTING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE…read moreTO KNOW THEY CONDONE CHILD ABUSE!!!! Read below what I witnessed on camera! My child wasn't even there 2 weeks and had to pull her! They said she was hitting and biting the teachers so I decide the next day to watch the cameras and see what is going on that is causing her to misbehave and the things I witnessed were absolutely horrendous! Mrs. Neen grabbed a boy by his arm and push him twice then grabs the kid by the back of his neck and almost push him down before that she was snatching things out of his hands along with the director and the other gray haired lady, then I see her grab my child by both her arms and toss her on the bed twice after snatching things out of her hand and yelling at her. I called the facility and ask what is going on why this teacher is so aggressive they say I'm not sure but we will speak with her that's not how we handle things so she goes into the classroom the aggressive teacher leaves for 5 minutes and is back in the classroom like what the heck! How can you allow a teacher to continue to sit in a classroom with these kids!? I immediately went and picked her up and told the director that's ridiculous and she's just looking at me like she's stupid which obviously she is! Do not put your children here if you don't want them abused!

in case they remove my Google review which I'm sure they will…read more While in the beginning my kids had a good time here, the beginning of this year it went downhill. My son who is two was bitten a lot, when he first came to this daycare, to the point where it became learned behavior that myself and my family have been trying to fix. I understand they have policies when it comes to biting, that children need to be picked up after so many attempts but they have not helped when it comes to helping with situations, when it was learned behavior at their school. I was even argued with and told that it wasn't learned behavior and he had started biting before he was bitten. I have all incident reports of him being bitten almost every single day when he had first come here. Was even told by HIS teachers that he picked it up from when he was being bit. One of his teachers recently informed me that he wasn't even biting just placing his mouth on her and would kiss her arm and someone higher up told her to document it as a bite? How does that make sense? My son is also lactose intolerant, I had informed them of this, which should have explained his stomach issues but was told I had to have a doctors note for them to stop giving him dairy. So it was constant calling to have him picked up after they continued to give him milk until I was able to get into see his pediatrician to give me a note to state for them NOT to. His pediatrician informed me they should've stopped when I mentioned it the first time and waited for the doctors note like every other daycare does. One of the teachers there was actually aggressive with all the toddlers and two year olds. I had watched her slam my son down on to his nap mat, I would watch him everyday on the live stream. I immediately called up there and to have him checked up on to make sure he was okay until I could get there to pick him up or someone else pick him up. I was then told that she didn't slam him down and the video makes things look worse than they are? The teacher then messaged me only the SproutAbout app passive aggressive telling me that she didn't and to message her if I had an issue. When she stopped working there, whether she was fired or she quit, it was relief from other staff members telling me about how horrible and aggressive she was with the kids? Why would you hire someone that treats our children poorly? We put our trust in you to take care of our children and to nurture them and engage with them. Not treat them like they're an inconvenience because we can't stay home with them like we would like to. My daughter dealt with a lot of bullying while there in the school age classroom. Especially when it came to a higher ups son, WHO HIT HER IN FACE REALLY HARD FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN TO BE MEAN. He's told her to shut up and calls her names everyday. Not one incident report for him physically assaulting her, I had to make them write a report about her getting hit in the face. Why wasn't I contacted when it happened, she informed me she kept asking for me and to call me. A teacher who no longer works there even informed me they aren't allowed to write incident reports when it comes to the boy. She told me it happens a lot and he has zero repercussions because his mom works there. How is that fair? I've already called corporate in regards to my daughter. I will say if they unenroll your child, they will tell you their DM won't let them refund you. Corporate said otherwise, so you'll have to jump through some hoops to get your money back. They have a very large turnover rate, and when you walk in, it is constant yelling from the staff at the children to get them to listen. They don't help solve issues that are going on, they don't work with you if you're a single parent, they don't care if you're on the verge of losing your job from having to constantly leave, they don't care if you use your grocery money to pay them and go without because the DM apparently only cares about the money. There are a few good teachers, the very few I'm extremely grateful for here, but the good ones unfortunately can't make up for the bad ones.

As a past teacher, I loved the hands on part of Jeremy's show because it gave the kids a way to learn and practice, not just watch. He did such an wonderful job with his performance and his ability to work with any size group of children. One of our libraries had 50 attend, one had 3, and one had 94 and he was still very calm and helpful to every group either big or small. We had kids coming away from these performances either juggling, spinning plates, or a couple even learned how to "stationary juggling" with the big ball! We will have him back out to our system again soon because the kids, teens, and adults all had a blast at his performances!! Thank you, Sarah Williams Western Plains Library System
