I went to my appointment at 11am. Kylie came out to get me…read moreand took me into a very small room to start the eye test after about 5 min I said to her excuse me but I'm like 24 inches from you can you stop yelling when you speak to me? Kylie said I work with alot of older people that can't hear and I said well I have excellent hearing. We finished up and she took me to the next room. Once again yelling at me she said I would have to take out my contact so I did. Yelling once again she then said is it out? I said yes! Then she slams my folder on the table and runs out of the room. As I'm sitting there this woman (Patty) comes down walks past me then comes back and asks me to sit across from where I was and then Patty says I need you to change the way I'm speaking. I said excuse me what are you talking about? She then says well I was told that you were not being nice! I said my response to Kylie was YES! Patty then says to me well you need to get out! I sad ok and I left! Now, I know that Dr Granger will Not see this but she needs to rethink Patty's position as well as Kylie's position! I wouldn't recommend Total Vision to anyone! Loud mouth Kylie is going to find out that Karma will get her! Unprofessional and rude people at this place!

Both the gentleman at the front and the receptionist (who barely would speak to me) were both unwelcoming and rude.When speaking with the gentleman to order my glasses when asked the basic question of what can I add on he waved around a list and wouldn't answer my question and when I asked to read it he shoved it at me and said "can you read this?!" And showed me the paper with the abbreated add ons. At that point I shut down and dont want to pay to add anything on, I'm not going to spend my money here. He was extremely rude to both my husband and I to the point where we both shocked and said something back to him at which point he apologized and he had to correct himself and take back what he said. After confirming my glasses we leave and as we are buckling our son in, he proceeds to follow us to the parking lot demanding I pay an 80 dollar bill that had not been disclosed before, never had to pay anything before the appointment and no one ever said anything until I left the building, so insane which is very unfortunate considering how great the dr is.

I am not sure if it's because of my insurance, but I do have to pay an upfront amount for a photo for the back of my eye, but I totally recommend this so you can get a clearer understanding of your eye health. The establishment is always very clean and the people who work here are very kind and accommodating. They are also very knowledgeable with everything associating to the eyes, which is actually really helpful of course. Again, I am not sure how it goes with buying glasses as I do not buy them here for my own reasons, but I have heard great things for that entire process.

As I was highly expressed with my personal experience, getting my vision test, I have to update…read morebased on my husband's experience, getting his vision test and his prescription filled. All started out fine. My husband had did have some difficulties with the virtual eye testing because they only offered a Spanish interpreter with him being a Portuguese speaking customer, he struggled through it and was able to get the proper prescription. So the issue really started when they told us that we can get our Ray-Ban Meta lenses. We just have to send it out which we were finding. The young lady told us it will usually take around five days so we felt comfortable and agreed. Long story short. We did our appointment on the 14th and we didn't pick our prescription up until the fourth of the following month which was the very first day they told us it was available for pick up. The automatic order entry line gave a date of 29th for pick up and it wasn't ready at that time when we called the kind of asked for an update because we were concerned that due to my husband's prescription type there would be an issue with filling the prescription on our own provided frames. Nobody knew anything about the status of the shipment. They kept telling us to give it another week. I finally called and had to get an attitude for somebody to give me some type of answer, and after that call the end of that week we received our glasses. My main concern is that all the times I contacted the facility. Nobody was able to give me a consistent answer. Everything was all over the place. Every person had a different perspective of when the prescription would be filled in a different reason why it was taking so long no one was on the same page so it did not make for a good customer experience keeping that in mind that we had a $300 pair of glasses that we sent in to be fitted for the lenses.

The selection and pricing on the glasses was great, and the service was the same. We were greeted when we walked in and spent plenty of time looking at the frame options. Once we had settled on what we wanted, they worked with us on the pricing. The glasses were ready in less than a week and work beautifully. Love that I now have two pairs for a great price!
