It's frustrating because when you call customer service, the operators are helpless--unable to assist since the information in the system is completely unreliable. This facility is in the middle of nowhere, and getting to it is not only inconvenient but also dangerous, especially in the afternoon or at night. The roads are single-lane, with no visibility, and full of dangerous twists and turns that could easily lead to accidents. FedEx Watsonville seems incapable of getting deliveries right unless it's to a business. For residential customers, their drivers and staff are utterly useless and dishonest. They need to close this place down because it's not only inefficient but also a hazard. Avoid at all costs!
