I figured it was past the 30 days but if they were wrong they were wrong. The manager checked them and agreed. Then he changed his mind and gave us a story about formulas used and they were right. He got snotty and condescending. After my husband and he got into an argument and then he said he will order them but they will be the same. I know other people who have had trouble with his attitude. Not a good way to keep business.

The doctor is always friendly and ready to answer any questions I may have. I've never felt rushed so that he can see his next patient. It is truly a great place to be seen. I pop in once in a while to have my glasses tightened and the staff in the front always greets me and is ready to tighten them and clean them. There is a pleasant "goodbye" too as you're leaving the office. I would highly recommend.
