I am not the same person I was when I started. Each treatment is slightly different depending on what I come in with and I am always amazed by what it is I feel during and after a treatment. Audrey does an amazing job at listening to what it is I share and she supplements a treatment that boost my healing with whatever it is I am feeling physically and/or emotionally. This includes a wrist surgery and shoulder pain from work overuse (I'm a massage therapist). I also really enjoy the nuggets of Chinese medicinal wisdom she drops in during my treatments, they give me something to conceptually grasp and a sense of relief, that what I am feeling is all part of a bigger picture and that I am okay.
