I took my 14 year old daughter to see Dr Spak because her knee cap constantly popped out of place. After continuous therapy didn't work he performed a MPFL reconstructive surgery. We researched the surgery for months and all the personal videos and journals indicated an extremely painful recovery. Dr Spak must have angel light, laser hands because my daughter did NOT endure that level of painful recovery AT ALL. She's still healing. Some days are harder than others, but no where near what we saw video after video from random patients around the US. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I've had back problems for several years and my orthopedist recommended physical therapy. I've gone to several facilities in Fairfield County with mixed results but my experience at Preneta is absolutely the best. Richard Preneta and his staff are caring, knowledgable and enthusiastic. I don't impress easily but I think these guys are terrific.
