The service was okay, but my biggest complaint for both locations that I visited was that they don't have a large selection of glasses to choose from. I was also surprised when I picked them up and they just handed me the glasses and asked if they fit. An employee was helping us and then another walk-in came in behind us. The woman abruptly stopped helping us and started helping him find eyeglasses. Very odd and off-putting. Asked for help from another employee who said she would help when she was done with another customer. Went through with my mom's eye exam because I had limited time and needed to get to another appointment. The doctor was beyond amazing. Extremely attentive, explained everything and made up for the off-putting service by the initial attendant. When we came back out to the lobby, the second woman I asked for help was ready and extremely helpful. She found my mom new frames. It would have been five stars, if not for the initial person who "helped" us. It's very important to be specific about who represents your company. If I had more time, I would have left and not had the opportunity to have my mom's eyes seen by a good doctor.
