Just by chance I pulled up while an employee was there doing repairs. Even though they were closed he opened the door, retrieved my order, and took payment. Undoubtedly great service. After a few more visits I was sure I had found my new cleaners. Today I was devastated after they basically refused to take American Express, even though they do take it as payment. In the grand scheme of things it's probably not a big deal. I just didn't appreciate being forced to give them my debit card and forgo the Membership Rewards points that I could have received. Everything about this place gives you the feeling that they're going out of business - homemade signage, lack of lobby, uneven driveway, etc. If they can't afford the extra 2% (of $30.30) to take my preferred method of payment maybe they should consider selling to a developer...
