I explained to the rude lady that I did not understand how this process worked because I've never had to go through this. I stated that another bails bond company told me that it would take until the next day to get someone out so I wanted to know how their process worked. She explained the process with the nastiest attitude and as I was trying to understand everything she just hung up the phone on me . Because I was desperate to get the person out, I went with her anyway !
