Liz excelled with taking care of every need of us the guests. They supplied beverages of many varieties and Liz prepared and presented the food that we brought for our cruise. We had a friend with us that was afraid of water, not able to swim, and Liz checked in her regularly to make sure she was comfortable. Both Jacob and Liz made sure safety was the number one priority without taking away from the fun asking experience. We were under the sails for quite a while The entire experience was fantastic. Once you get closer to Crab Island the water turns emerald green and then crystal clear. It's absolutely gorgeous. We were thankful to have chosen an earlier time (9am-1pm) for our trip as the tide was high which apparently adds to the water clarity. Our original rental date had bad weather and Michael quickly communicated to get us a new date! Our boat was upgraded as well as an add on for a lily pad and we are SO glad we had it! The staff was communicating the entire time about weather and helped make the day perfect! They even let us stay out an extra hour! The boat was beautiful and looked brand new, a local helping on the doc at Lulu's even said "this does not look like a rental at all"! We stayed in Rosemary and it was only a 20 minute drive. We took the boat to Crab Island and stopped at Lulu's on the way! It was so worth it make the drive to Destin on the water and not in a car!! When I come back to Rosemary Beach I will for sure be renting from them again!
