The letter included insulting and exaggerated language blaming resident's spouse as specific reasons for the eviction. Staff could have forewarned her of need for new placement. New memory care selection and placement can't be done in 7 days. Why not explain that it wasn't a good fit? Or did the $12,800 fee prevent honesty with the family?
