I called Dru and she arranged for exactly what we needed and had Jessica out to my parents' house within hours of my call to her. Jessica was a pro beyond description. There policy used to be to allow the clients to live out there live in the home setting just as there name implies. I don't know what happened under new management and ownership. They lost there way! You can perhaps call me a disgruntled employee but when clients come to talk to me and talk about sending qualified employees to them and they aren't and saying that all office personnel know what is going on I have to totally disagree. I have talked to many former employees that have left and complained of similar practices. I had a client who owns a business and there policy was to "Do the right thing"! This company is not following that policy! When I started working under previous management they had many office personal with lots of training going on to train people on how to do the jobs. Now they rely on computer based programs to get people through the training needed to do job. Most of people I think they hire are young and have no concepts of what they have to do to become a caregiver. I think a lot of these problems may have come from the pandemic. I am sorry that I have to post a bad review of this company at this location. I don't hold this against all Home Instead franchises. I've have heard good reports from other locations and feel they name fits for a caregiver agency.

I'm a pharmacist I know).They don't bathe her like they should or make her brush her teeth and keep giving her sugar and crap instead of nutritious meals.Wonder why she eats like a horse when I go to visit her.Quit sitting on your asses and do your job or find another.What the hell is this company hiring? Training..... appears non-existent.This is Synergy Wisconsin to be clear Waushara county.Its bad when you know the other caretakers are commenting on the shitty ones your parent is paired with.Get it together or get a lawsuit.Certain caretakers should be paid less,Than the superior ones.Do your job !
