if you're looking to work here or even bring a relative here ... DONT ! This place is so…read moreunprofessional it's not even a joke. Management is horrible & does not know how to communicate with their employees, especially the owner Kelly ! She doesn't care much about her residents or employees, & it shows time & time again. One resident had everyone at her dinner table sign a letter explaining how the food was bad & they would like something to change, considering they pay thousands of dollars for this crappy place !!! Both owners did nothing to fix it, they literally hire anyone as a chef even if cooking is not their specialty !!! As I'm serving the food blood should not be coming out of pork chops or chicken, white rice shouldn't be baked in the oven ... coming out dry & hard. It's honestly so sad taking into consideration that this is the residents homes! Moving forward, I built great relationships with a lot of my residents & their families. (In fact one asked me if I would be open to being her mom's personal caregiver, because she couldn't trust this place!!!) It should be almost embarrassing that not one of them have anything good to say about the owner or management. (I'm still in contact with many of the families). If you seen or heard about the things that go on behind closed doors at this nursing home you would be disgusted. Unprofessional things such as the owner sneaking around empty rooms & flirting with the maintenance man. Bringing her son into an empty room to ague with him about a credit card (the walls are paper thin, not very private Kelly !!!). It's sad when you allow one of your med techs (who's also in management) to come into work drunk & still employed there the next day. Kelly the owner tells everyone how she hates drama, and if there is an issue come directly to her to resolve it .... when really she is the drama & if you come to her about a situation you will lose your job :) (I've seen it happen before). Also didn't even mention how Kelly messed up on my coworkers pay (not the first time messing up employees pay) and he was missing over $100 .... guess she thought he wouldn't notice, & he did. When he brought it to her attention that's when she started treating him even more like crap & it's been almost 4 months, his money has still yet to be given to him. I could go on & on about this place but then I would be writing a book. (Tim the other owner likes to come on here just to try to cover up the reality of this trashy place, if these reviews are coming from multiple former employees, current employees & residents families ... then hmm who's really being dishonest here) ? Moral of the story, I loved my residents but hated this place. I will be back from time to time but just to visit with some of the residents, because like stated before I built some amazing relationships & I will miss them dearly ! The image below is coming from a resident's daughter! My work spoke for itself :)
